House with two floors and a garden situated in the best zone of the historical neighborhood "the Albaizyn", 200 metres far from "San Nicolas" view point, 5 minutes walking from the city center, 25 metres far from a bus stop (there are little buses that comunicate the Albaizyn with the city center and with the Alhambra). There are restaurants, supermarket etc near the house.

HISTORY: It was the cottage of the caretakers of the 16th century moorish house "El Corralon". The Albaicin is the Arabic neighbourhood of Granada,it is a World Heritage by UNESCO, is situated on a hill in front of the Alhambra. It is a neighbourhood full of life and traditions.
